Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
I believe life and healing are journeys that we take, and like all journeys, there are mountaintops and there are valleys. Often, it is in those valleys, where we discover strength, we never knew we had. Through client-centered and emotion-focused therapy, it is my hope to enter those valleys with you, discover strengths, experience healing from past trauma and pain, grow in self-compassion, foster hope and celebrate with you on the mountaintops. Hope is a powerful and empowering strength that I believe can be fostered and grown in the midst of these healing journeys, and it would be a privilege to join with you on yours.
I am an Associate Marriage & Family Therapist and Professor here in Redding, CA. I received an M.A. in Intellectual Leadership from Tozer Seminary and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Simpson University. I have spent the majority of my life in this community, while spending about a decade living abroad, investing in the lives of young adults and investing in the wonderful opportunity to experience other cultures through study, missions and personal travel. I have recently become the proud owner of two Australian Shepherds who keep me on my toes and are full of love and life. They keep me outdoors often, which I readily enjoy!
