Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
The journey of life can be full of exciting adventures and profound milestones but every now and then we hit a speed bump. I am here to help you identify those challenges that are keeping you from meeting your full potential, to tap into and fortify your own strengths, and to find your way back on to the path toward living a life you love.
I have more than 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, providing services in a variety of treatment settings including community counseling, specialty mental health services, private practice, and educational workshops. My primary framework is a cognitive behavioral approach, identifying maladaptive transactional patterns between emotions, behaviors, and thoughts.
