I believe strongly that my relationship with my clients is what creates a sense of safety and a space for change. Through client-centered therapy, it is my hope to assist you in the process of identifying your strengths, healing from past trauma, expanding self-awareness and efficacy, regulating emotions, and increasing capacity for connection. I look forward to meeting with you!
